Many people in the world today have access to the world wide web to communicate with others all around the world, but so people use that power to bully/harass others online for the fun of it. If there was a system created to find those so-called anonymous people and have them punished for their "trolling", should it be enabled on the internet or not. What's the limit on what consider trolling?

No it shouldn't cause even if this system works people will find more ways to bully/harass people online. Regardless what we say or do if their is such a web site to find the so-called anonymous people then maybe the % will drop a little but keep in mind people will find ways to get around the systems.

It's a tough issue to solve because I don't think there is a resolution that leaves everyone happy. Many would argue that any attempt at implementing a method of regulation violates an individual's rights to freedom of speech and expression. Like you've said, it would also be hard to decide what is the "limit" and what isn't. However, I agree that something needs to be done about the growing problem. A good start would be promoting more awareness of what to avoid on the internet for the younger generations. Programs have been created to make sure children avoid online predators and I think it's time to expand it to also cover cyber bulling and internet trolls.

thats hard cause some trolls have fake accounts and they delete their Instagram so i think it kinda not worth is you would have to do investigation that would probably take weeks but it would be smart also because you will know who been harassing you and calling you mean things and you can stop it and reported - Christine Walton
