I agree with you, the industry is fixated on trying to maximize their profits by exploiting loopholes. They hire untrained, unqualified workers to handle the processing of our foods. If we choose to hire illegal workers and pay them close to nothing, we are going to end up with an unsanitary product that endangers the people. Unfortunately, all of this is swept under the rug and the ones pulling the strings are in the highest positions, almost untouchable by our justice system.
